Charity Joy Robinson brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her teachings, garnered over two decades of dedicated practice, exploration, and sharing movement disciplines worldwide. As a certified 200-hour yoga teacher with extensive studies under esteemed masters across the globe, her journey into movement extends far beyond conventional boundaries. She teaches with integrity and passion in various styles of yoga, including alignment based hatha, restorative and yin. With a deep-rooted passion for Kalaripayattu, she has honed her skills as an Indian martial arts instructor with 200+ hours of teacher training and over 4 years of perseverance in the practice. Further complemented by her certification as a Thai massage practitioner acquired through immersive training in Thailand over two years. Charity's creative flair extends beyond the realms of traditional practices, as creator and facilitator of Elemental Ecstatic dance as a Dj and Brave space holder. Her versatility as a dance teacher encompasses a diverse range of styles, including breakdance, hip-hop, and African dance. Charity also created a form of healing with horses called Equine and Unwind, allowing participants to share space with horses in a safe space where she invites breath, energy work and graceful space for both the horse and human to receive healing simultaneously.
Charity embarked on the empowerment through Movement programs for children around the world including the Caribbean, Hamptons NY and Chicago IL nearly 15 years ago. Moreover, she serves as a healer adept in various energetic modalities, holding the esteemed title of holy fire Reiki master, and moon gathering hostess. Having crafted and implemented health and wellness for adults and children worldwide. Charity is passionate about sharing the joy of being embodied with those with who seek growth and empowerment. She travels around New England, Long Island, Colorado and the Caribbean to bestow her teachings and knowledge with you. Currently living in Gloucester MA, she is out on the beach or in nature everyday connecting to elementals and continuing the journey of writing her first volume of her memoirs, “Finding my place In the kNOw place.”
